Anastasia Pantsios is an award-winning photographer whose career has spanned more than five decades, documenting the worlds of music, culture, and entertainment since 1974. Her photographs have appeared in leading publications including Rolling Stone, Spin, Creem, The New York Times, Esquire, People, USA Today, The Washington Post, and dozens of other national and international magazines and newspapers.

Her work has been featured in hundreds of books, album covers, tour programs, television productions, and other projects for legendary artists including Bruce Springsteen, David Bowie, Tina Turner, AC/DC, U2, Metallica, Alice Cooper, Dolly Parton, Cyndi Lauper, Kiss, Van Halen, The Pretenders, Joan Jett, and many more.

In 2011, the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame presented Anastasia's landmark exhibition celebrating women in rock, featuring iconic images of artists such as Tina Turner, Patti Smith, Joan Jett, Grace Slick, and Stevie Nicks. The exhibition explored the evolution of women's roles in rock music from the late 1960s through the 21st century and inspired her 2017 book, Girls on Film: 40 Years of Women in Rock.
